| Bruce L. Rubin, Ph.D., has been a
member of the Finance
Department at
Old Dominion University since 1981. He has
served as chairman of the
Finance Department and
is
currently
Director of the MBA program in
addition to being the Director
of the
Insurance and Financial Services
Center. Bruce helped
design the original Professional Financial Planning
Program and has taught
since its
beginning in 1983. He received his
bachelor's
degree from
New York University and his master's and doctorate from Case
