Essentials of Human Resource Management

A true introductory course in human resource management, Human Resource Fundamentals provides with a broad overview of the human resource function.  Key topic areas include: Introduction to HR Management, Employment Law, Staffing, Compensation, Human Resource Development and Performance Management. 

The program consists of the following six modules held on two consecutive Fridays, September 19 and 26, 2008.

Module 6:                    Ensuring Quality Performance
