| The EDC coaching option provides the opportunity to work with Personal Leadership Development module instructor in a one-on-one 90 minute confidential coaching session.The coaching session will focus on bringing you to a deeper level of understanding of how the various assessment instruments results apply to you. The instructor will then work with you to tailor tactics and strategies to apply what you've learned to real-work challenges. |

2009 Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations received in writing at least three weeks prior to the program are subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than three weeks before the program are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds are given if cancellation occurs after the program begins. There is a $100 fee to transfer to a future session of the program. The center reserves the right to substitute instructors, change the days modules meet or cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. |
